In 2017-2018 period Indonesia was ranked 36th in the Global Competitiveness Index out of 137 countries. Not satisfied enough with this position, the government strives to continue to improve the rating with various steps in Industry 4.0

Therefore, following the previous conference, in 2019 Telkom University proudly presented the 6th International Seminar & Conference on Learning Organization (ISCLO) with the theme “Enhancing Organization’s Competitive Advantages Through Knowledge Sharing and Learning Culture in the Era 4.0 Tecnology”. The purpose of this conference is to disseminate research results from scientists, scholars and practioners, exchanging information and discussing the latest issues corellating with theme. It is expected that this conference will contribute to the govenrment in taking part in increasing Global Competitiveness in the upcoming 2019-2020 periode.
